My notice date is 12th Nov 2002. I see now that they jusrt moved
their processign date to June 2003. Am I the only one that they skipped?

Any others out there from NOV/DEC 2002 Receipt Dates ??

I cannot believe they jumped from nov 2002 date to june 2003 on VSC processing date report dated October 21st, is this an error ?

RD of Nov 4, FP2 on July 7. Still no word.

I think that percentage approved in Nov 2002 is greater than 38% as some people might not have updated their status. Many people register but do not bother to come back. My estimate is that over 50% of cases in Nov 2002 are approved.
 
ND 11/12/2002 still waiting...

This is crazy...VSC's official processing date for 485 is June 01,2003. So amy folks from Sept/Oct/Nov 2002 are waiting here.. this is sad.

Looks like an RFE, wonder what it will be about ? any 2002 filers received
second RFE on I-485?
 
yes, i did initiate case inquiry few weeks ago..

crossing my fingers, damn no more RFE's :), its been long journey since 2001..

will keep you guys posted

I am also a Dec-2002 filer. No approval until now. I recently got 3rd EAD also.

I contacted VSC and initiated a Status Enquiry. They responded to me with same Nonsense saying that all applications with VSC are getting delayed because they don't have enough man power to perfom the security checks on the applications. so, they did not give any timeline when they will process it.

Then, I contacted local congressman and explained the situation. They called me back and said that, my application is still pending because, FBI did not finish the Name & DOB checks on myself and my wife. They said that our applications will be pending until FBI clears our names. As a next step, I sent email to FBI to expedite our cases. And now I am waiting. My question is following:

1. Why FBI also delaying some cases and clearing some cases. Looks like they are also not following any queue system.

2. Does anybody have any Idea why this is Happening with FBI?

Call the 1-800-375-5283 and follow the directions to inquiry about pending case.

I think you will get your approvals very soon.
Here is my I-482 EB3 dates:
Receipt date: 11/15/2002
Notice date: 12/11/2002
FP1: 02/07/2003 (done early 01/23/2003)
LUD changes reflecting FP1: 08/15/2003 (!!!)
FP2: 07/29/2004
LUD changes - same message: 08/05/2004
Approval date: 11/09/2004
No RFE, no any inquiry.
