Hello Jopa,
Even for me RFE was issued on 20th March and i am waiting to
hear from my lawyer. My wife's case still says the old message.
Both AVM and Online are updated in my case.

Let us track NOV RFE's here. Update your info once you get the details, me too will do the same thing.

RFE Details

The BCIS asked for a letter indicating continued interest in employing me alongwith annual salary. Plus last years federal tax return, W2s, 1099s etc. Pretty standard stuff that we've been seeing lately on RFEs.

Whatever BCIS has asked, does it also include the last 3 months paystubs ??

This is all the lawyers asked for, no pay stubs. I guess the continued employement letter would imply that I was and still continue to be employed with my company. Well, who knows !!

See the percentage of RFE they have generated recently. Unfortunately we are among those unlucky ones. Let's get together and help each other.

A few questions for Jopa and those experienced in this area, please help.

1. For last year federal tax return, is it referring to tax year 2001? We included the tax return for year 2000 when we filed I-485 in Nov 2001.

2. We can certainly send them 1099s for tax year 2002.

3. All these pay stubs, I assume photo copies should serve the purpose.
