Finally approved on Jan-23-2002 after RFE reply was received by INS on Oct-18-2001. My wife\'s case is also approved on the same day.

Did you contact any senator ? Did your lawyer called INS to push the case ? Because we are also in the same stage, INS recd RFE on Oct 23 01, Primary approved, Spouse got an RFE, No idea why it is getting delayed.

If primary is approved then there should be no problem getting spouse approved, its only a matter of time. Good Luck.
 
When was the AVM updated?

My RFE has been received on Oct. 22 with no response so far.
Did you hear about your approval on the AVM or the approval letter came in the mail?

I may be wrong, but was not able to see any details about ur RFE,can you shed some light on the details,any info will be appreciated.

RFE details

RFE was for employment letter, last year\'s tax statement and last month\'s salary slips.

checkd the AVM on Jan.24 and came to know the case is approved on Jan.23. Got approval letters in mail on Jan.30.
