  RD - 10/04/1999
  ND - 10/13/1999
  FP - 03/08/2001
  RFE for Employment Letter Issued by INS - 06/13/2001
  RFE for Employment Letter Recieved by INS - 07/02/2001
  AVM updated on July 2nd that RFE has been recieved.Confirmed it by the IIO also. Pending since then... Over 700 days since the initial reciept date and over 65 days since the reciept of the RFE.
 
To all those 99 guys waiting...

Last week i saw a bunch of 99 approvals. I even saw approvals with RFE\'s pending for about 3 months.
 
Contact your Senator

Contact your Senator\'s or Congressman\'s office. You can get the contact informatin from www.senate.gov. Inform them that you want to talk to someone there regarding your green card application being much delayed. It\'s a pretty standard service offered by your senator\'s office. They may require you to fax or mail in your specific information, but they are generally good at getting back to you after they hear back from the INS. It generally also gets your file moving again.

Did your company name change ? What is your priority date and category...? Which service center ?
