I don't think we can judge the RD based on Receipt number. Many applications having EAC-02-05* might have reached INS before November probably October and also ND will be based on the receipt number.

But let's be optimistic!!!

My Eac is 02057xxxxx. But my RD is Nov 23,2001. No luck yet.

Guys, there has been a lot of confusion here regarding RD/ ND and more so for Oct and Nov RD's and ND's.

First, your EAC is in no way related to your RD. EAC is issued the day INS enteres your case into their system and that is your ND. Now, many cases which were received by INS in OCT were not enetered into the system until DEC. And there were some NOV RD cases also which were entered into the system with these OCT cases and hence same EAC (ofcoure, last 5 digits will be different).

Secondly, INS by and large processes cases by RD.

That said, I don't think NOV RD case processing has started in full swing.
FormerlyRaviraj's case is one of the first actual NOV RD case that I have seen. People have been running scripts and getting EAC-02-056s and EAC-02-057s as approved but they might have been received by INS in OCT. No one can conclusively say they are NOV RD cases until the beneficiary herself comes and tells you that yes this is NOV RD. (like Raviraj).
