Nov 17 RD Received RFE

You are lucky, man! you should be happy, that means your case is processed at least. If it's medical or employment, you can get approved soon. I would prepare the employment letter and pay stubs now if I were you.

But looking on the brighter side, and this goes for all of us nov. filers, looks like they are starting to look at november cases.
somoe days back there was a November approval and today an RFE.
My guess, look out, november is coming.
FormerlyRaviraj, you should defnitly get ready with all documents now. Hope you see your approval soon.

HEy, look at what I found.

eac0205953207 and eac0205953257 are all approved on 2/3.

So Nov cases are being processed. Just check your case frequently.....
 
How do you know that 059 is Nov RD?
They could have been Oct RD cases who happened to get Dec NDs, though it's rare...
 
What happened to us guys, we seemed to be skeptic about everything. Think positive. November is being processed, in next 3 weeks you will see December too.
 
I know 059 not necessary Nov RD.

But look at these
05951111 - approved 1/27
05951176 - approved 1/27
05952388 - approved 1/28
05850123 - approved 1/29
05850114 - approved 1/29
05850126 - approved 1/23
05850644 - RFE 2/3
05850648 - RFE 2/3

I only search about 100 cases.

More likely those are Nov cases. If there's only one 059 case approved, I'll say it's Oct case. But so many 059cases, and 058 cases approved, I start to think about the bright side, right?

'Dengdeng" how do u get these EAC numbers..I have always
wondered how this person can get such precise numbers in
huge lot of numbers..It amazes me..do you run the script or something ??

I did check the those eac numbers and they do look correct for nov rd and are approved..one of my friend also has nov rd with 059...
 
Write down the numbers you have checked before and check them every once a while.

I got luck today, it's hard to hit 059 case approvals. Today I'm super lucky! :)
 
wow so nov is moving

we are in a situation where we feel happy for getting a RFE.
Can we take a thing from this??? i.e Nov is moving???

Definitely Nov RD

Hi there, I have been in this forum too long to give people misleading info. My RD is definitely Nov 17 and my EAC is 02 - 059 - 5****

Thanks for the advice on getting ready for the RFE although I have not changed jobs. Will give you more details.

Aaah .. thank you very much to everyone for the information --- looks like Nov cases are being processed and approved!!! :)

As for the RFE, you will probably need to get ready with the latest W2 from 2002 or a copy of your 2002 tax return (if you've already done this).
 
This FormerlyRaviRaj himself claimes that he mislead many before. I would thank all guys who'll give wrong advice to this guy. GOD IS THERE. That's why he got the RFE:mad: :mad: :mad:

What are talking about...I have not mislead anybody. I was only clarifying that my case is indeed a Nov case. There seemed to be some confusion around that in some posts.

Why would you be happy that I got an RFE? I hope you, like me and everyone else on this board, get approved soon.
