Notorized Marriage Certificate

My wife got a RFE during I485 (RD 11/2001). It is asking for notorized marriage certificate. We have our Marriage cerificate issued in Chinese. We asked a laywer translated it into English and notorized the transaltion. That is what we submitted to INS in November 2001.

Please let me know what exactly I should prepare and how to satisfy the BCIS RFE.
