Notices and RFE\'s where do they go

I was just wondering that if job changed using 180 days rule and company attorney is not co-operating Who receives notices after I-485 is filed. Will this leave an individaul in catch-22 situation.

Finger printing Notice
RFE\'s if any
and I-485 approval notice ( needed for passport stamping)

Experienced persons please respond to this.

I presume it is the LAWYER because the only address on 485 application is yours and the lawyer representing you.
