My company (one of the BIG5 consulting companies) has been laying off people for the past year on a regular basis.
My RIR-LCA was cleared by SWA-VA and forwarded to DOL-Philly last month.
DOL-Philly has issued a Notice of Findings citing layoffs from the company as the reason.
Does this mean a death knell for my LCA application? Or if my company responds with a response that the layoffs were not for my particular skill profile or Not in the areas of business is it possible that they will approve my LCA.
If the certifying officer rejects my RIR petition what are the next steps?
Please HELP.
Thanks
