Notice of 485 approval ???

Hi,
   I got notice of approval for my 485 application. I that letter it is
mentioned original approval is mailed to my lawer. Then what is notice
about?
It is also metioned I need to go local INS office to fill I-89 and
give finger printing. I am confused what is this finger printing??

Any help to these questions is greatly appreciated..

notice regarding I-140

friends
i received notice about submitting some evidence in support of my I-140 petition after getting approval for the I-140.I alredy file I-485& fingerprintting is also done .I have the EAD also on the basis of my I-140 approval only.any body have any idea what could be done .
 
I think they take finger prints again

From what I have seen in earlier posts, I think they take the finger prints when you go for the stamping.

I got answer from my lawer, she says I have to give finger
printing in Local INS office for green card.
