Notice Date March12,2003, F2 10/21/04 Now How Long?

My Notice date is March 12,2003 and Received date is March 27,2003 and i just finished 2nd Fingerprint,Now many days it will be approved?? On Ins site they mentioned the date is June 1st,2003 why my case is so late? what i should I do? Normaly how long it is taking after 2nd fingerprint?I am in NY with VSC. and one more question..my daughter 12year old is in india and i filled I-824 when i filled my I-485 so what is the processor after i approved my green card? how long my could got visa after me? or the same time approved my daughter's visa?? Please sugest me..

I also did 1st fingerprint on April 26th 2003, keep me inform if you got any respose. i think you probably geting very soon.

I have also filed March 19/2003 concurently. However, my I 140 is not approved.

Is your I 140 approved ?

Hey I have also RD 3/20/2003. Today I called CIS to initiate a status enquiry. My Fp2 was done 9/9.

I'm in a very similar situation. Any thoughts on why the LUD hasn't changed or why the approval hasn't come through?

Applied for 3rd EAD on 09/30/04.
LUD (mine): Changed on 08/27/04 just before I received FP2 notice. Message is the same (about the FP notice received in May 2003).
LUD (spouse): No change since 06/23/03

1 Did you file H4 for your daughter?
2 Was she included in your I-485 application?

Also update
Me and my wife called yesterday, initiated status inquiry.
INS guys told they will come back within 30 days.
Lets wait and see.

My applications filed on Mar. 13, 03. I-485 was approved last week whereas the I-140 was not touched and still the same old message.

Paresh, I am L-1 holder and i didnt get L-2 for my daughter but i filled 1-485with my case, what is processor??? anyone have idea?

yo yygov, you mean your I140 was approved and 485 still has the same msg. is it?

diamonds, your question is not clear. looks like you have filed i485 for daughter as well. but she does have any depended visa (L2) right now. i think you are wondering how to get GCstamped for her when your(her )case gets approved..i think the best way would be get her L2 vias so that she can come here any time & whenever her case gets approved she can get GC stamped..hope this helps..btw why did n't you apply L2 for her? just curious

My 485 RD is 03/03/03 and ND 03/27/03. same with 140 too and 140 is approved in 04/03.First FP done on 05/01/03 and no update since then.Not even FP2.Actually it is kind of strange..FP2 is not recd for atleast 3 of my acquaints who live in same zip code.I was wondering if there is any problem with FP agency in locating our zipcode.our zipcode is kind of at same distance between boston,MA and machester,NH.

any body in similar situation OR insight is appreciated
 
Dear Mi2 Chimera, U r almost right, I mean my daughter doesnt have L-2 visa Becase at that time my daughters passport was not ready and i try to apply L-2 visa for her but they want me and my wife to go to India for her visa and since my other childerns are study here how can we can go together? my attorney sugested me to apply with my I-485 and he said when my I-485 is approved she is also approved with me so i could get GC for her in india through ambassy.

When i got L-1 endorsd my daughters passport was not ready and i tried to got L-2 visa but they need me and my wife in india for interview for my daughter, since my other children are study here how could we go together? and also my daughter dont wanted to come here meantime but i need to got GC for her now so she could come anytime we want. Now she wants to come here as soon as possible.My L-1 is expire and i am on parrol I-140 is approved My daughters online messes stutus is showing we will take so n so long to process this case. My attorney told me that once my case is approved we can bring the approved petion for my daughter in ambassy for her GC???
