Not sure what to do

Hey,
I came to US in 2000 on F-1 visa. I graduated in 2004 and obtained OPT that expired in june 2005. I got married to USC at the beginning of June 05. I sent my paperwork to USCIS in Sept. Right now I received appointment for interview and fingerprints.

In june 05 when my OPT expired I lost my job because of that but then I found another one where I told my employer that my papers are in process and he was fine with that. I’m still working in the same place. There are only two things that keep me worried:
First, How the INS officer will react after I tell him that I have been working after my OPT expired? Will that be a big problem?
Second, My driving license is suspended and I have reckless operation on my driving record which was reduced from DUI because I plead guilty. Will that also effect my case ?

This answer is very satisfying. Thank you. What about that second issue with driving license ??

Yes I plead guilty after speaking to the prosecutor which promised me that DUI will be reduced to reckless operation. So i got out with reckless operation which was better than getting DUI but now I'm worried. My lawyer at that time never mentiond anything about such consequences until judge asked me if I'm aware that pleading guilty might effect the decision on GC. My lawyer said that I will be fine so I plead guilty and now I look at it as he just wanted to get this over with. So officialy I dont have DUI but reckless oper. does this make a difference ?
