Not sure if the GC is apprvoed!!

Hi Folks,
While my Dad was on Green Card he applied for my immigration petition in 1998 but my Dad passed away in Aug,2003. Rather than revoking my petition, I requested USCIS to transfer the same petition to my mother who is a Citizen now.After some correspondence with USCIS, I got a reply from them but I am not sure what action to take. The letter from USCIS read as:

Beneficiary: Aman MAlhotra
DECISION
This refers to the Petition For Alien Relative filed on your behalf by you late father on Dec, 10 1998. That pettion was approved on Sep 21, 2000. The record indicates as of Aug 11, 2003, your father was deceased. Pursuant to Title 8, the petition was automatically revoked as of the death of the petioner.
The petition was returned to the this office because of a request for consideration for humanitarian reinstatement.
Your request has been throughly and completely reviewd. All the issues you wished to be evaluated have been carefully considered. In light of the special circumstances of your case, favorable discretion for your request is appropriate. Therefore, your petition is hereby reinstated pursuant to Title 8.
You are not eligible to immediately adjust status, but are not barred. Therefore, your petition has been retained in the above reference service A file.

Now what should be my step, my status now is H-1.

your I-130 has been transferred onto your mom. It has not been approved, however, and you are not yet eligible for AOS. When you get your visa number and your priority date is current, you can apply for AOS on the basis of this petition.
