I cannot find anything on the web , when a person got no subject to 212 on the j1 visa...Please, if someone know any web page about it.

In my opinion, you do not need to take a waiver. Waiver is required for those who are subjected to 2 year rule (which will be clearly mentioned in the J1 visa stamp). If your visa stamp says like...'not subjected to 2 year rule'..you do not have to worry about it.
Good luck!

Olivia, why are you asking again? What is unclear with our answers (http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=184388)? If you are not sure if you are subject to 2-year home residence requirement, you can apply for 'Advisory Opinion' form U.S. Department of State. You can explain your research and send copies of all your IAP-66/DS-2019 forms to U.S. Department of State. Read also the following sites

Why do u think I am asking again, Streamflow? It is obvious , right...because I stil have questions....
well, I know that i can get an opinion from U.S. Department of State, but my interview is next week....I run out of time...
well, i just talked to an inmigration lawyer, and he said I wont need that famous waiver ...
thanks :)
