Yes I am. My H-1 B was ending on June 20, 03 and renewal petition was received on April 25, 03. I came here as H-1B.

I hope I am in status. I am waiting for my I-485 since July 2002. I am in this GC mess or saga since May 2000. My PD is July 2000.

I didn’t apply for EAD and AP. I may apply AP to travel in next summer.
I have a stable job, which is University Professor.
