Not received one of the PR card

We have received PR cards for my self, my wife and my son, but we have not received my daughter's PR card. Currently I am in US and the contact number is not working from here.

Can someone please let me know what can I do to get my daughter's PR card details?

I truly appreciate your help!!!

Please contact your friend, he/she might have received a letter saying that your daughter has to visit the card issuing office to retake the pic.

I have to go for my son, I was thinking instead of going to canada may be I can visit the border and they should be able to retake the pic and send it to the PR Card issuing office, I need to talk to some one.

Thanks a lot for your response. My friend has not received any letter yet. Could you please let me know that, did you receive the letter along with your cards? or separate letter?

My daughter's card may not be with the incorrect picture, since the immigration officer took my picture and my daughter's picture when we landed.

May be I need to wait for few more days to receive any letter?

Its all separate envelope, I rcd mine and my wife separately. After some time they sent my son's letter. ...........JK

Did you receive your daughters Card? I did not receive our cards yet, its exactly 4 weeks now that we landed in Canada.

in correct photo

We came to know that we have to re submit my daughter's photo. I have not received the letter yet but my Friend in Toronto informed me this information.

I will post the details once I receive the letter.

Sree_Manikanta, Do you have to go in person with your daughter or submit thru mail. please keep all of us posted..

I think you have to go in person they will retake her photo..

Did not receive my wife PR card...

Hello All

I have received all the PR cards except for my wife PR Card. We received or cards 15 days back and still did not hear from them about my wife PR Card. My friend in Canada says he did not receive any letter/PR Card till now. (I am in US now)

I searched for contact numbers in cic.gc.ca website and did not find any. Can anybody please help me in finding the numbers or any way to contact them.

Sree manikantha - What is the latest situation? Did you get your daughters PR Card? Can you please tell me how and whom to contact regarding this?

It happned man : They might missed apartment number in postal address.
You have couple of option the best is to call 613 944 4000
it's an Ottawa number, and it's 'foreign affairs', but apparently if you dial it and then press 2 for Immigration, you get transfered to the CIC Call Centre as you can not connect 800 number from US. Talk to them they may resend it back after 21 days of first dispatch.

Guys please post any news related to this matter.
I am in a similar situation: We (me and my wife) landed August 31, 2006 and up to now our friends in Canada received one PM card only (for my wife). We are stuck in USA now, waiting for the second card. I lost any hope the second card will come (as I said we landed end of August, more than two months ago). We haven't received any letter, nothing for me. I don't know what to do - to patiently wait more, to go to the Canadian Consulate and apply for an interim travel document to re-enter Canada, or something else. Any advise is more than appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. When you called, did you say you are in the US? Did they ask? Would you mind telling me how you asked about your status and did they give you any hard time? Did you ask them to send a new PR card to your friend's address? How much time did it take to get a new card after you called? I know I am asking many questions, but I just don't want to screw up something now that I received permanent residency. Again thanks a lot.
 
I hope Canada agent do not know that you are in US. In general helpline can not be access from outside Canada. They did not asked this to me.
They asked my address on which PR card should go, phone number. They will like to talk to the person ( atleast once to confirm date of birth and personal information) for this discussion. They will check the address and confirm the date when it was sent to you.
If it was sent to you they will advise to waith for 21 days from day of dispatch to call again. After 21 days if they will receive the card because of non delevery, they will send it back to you. If not they will advise to fill some forms - ( which you can fill only when you are in canada) to get PR card.
