Not received my I-140 approval notice.

Hi,

My I-140 was approved at VSC EB2 category on 06/10/2002. So far, my attorney has not recieved the approval notice. Could someone tell me approximately how long it takes to get the approval notice? Also, is anyone in similar situation as mine?

I am also in the same situation. My 1-140 got approved on June 7th(EB3) but my agent has not received the notice yet. Did you call the NVC(AVM service-603-334-0700) for the status of your case.I tried to call via net2 phone but the call is getting ended after the first few message. Can you inform me as soon as you get some information about your case.

Sure, I will let you know as soon as I get the notice. I have called NVC almost everyday but, the AVM says Case not found. Are you not in the US? The reason why I am asking is, you have mentioned that you tried calling the NVC through Net2Phone.

Few others also have not received their approval notices. Their cases were approved around June 10th. Looks like some sort of delay at VSC for June approved cases. Hopefully, we all get the notice this week.
