Not received my Card yet; Do I need a French Transit visa?

I have Not received my Card yet; Have the passport I551 stamped.

Do I need a French Transit visa? I am travelling by Delta via Paris next week

Does anyone have Visa Experinece with French Consulate In Atlanta. how long does it takes to get a visa?

I travelled abroad with Delta via Paris and I had no French visa. I checked with France Consulate and they confirmed that they do not require transit visa. You might need to do the same.
