Not Received 2nd FP notice

I have not recived my Second FP .My first FP was done on APR 18, 2002 . I am wondering when are they going to issue my secons FP notice.

Just wondering, how would you tell if your FP is expired?
Is it one year after you did your FP?

15 months is the standard for FP expiration, but there were
some approvals even after this period expired.
