Not getting the Plastic Green Card

Hi,
Mine and my wifes Passport was I-551 stamped six months back
after our I-485 approvals from CSC.
I received my platic green card after a month while my wife had not received her Plastic Green card even after 6 months.
Plastic Card was not ordered by the USCIS for my wife and the online status
still shows the below

How can she get the plastic green card now.
What do we need to do now.

How can she get the plastic green card now.
-----------if 1800 has option she should talk to CSC, she need to provide her Name, A#, DOB
What do we need to do now.
---------she should Form G-731, - Inquiry About Status of I-551 Alien
Registration Card with CSC ( it may take time to get a reply)
------------ The above posted message only say her I-485 was approved, when she went to local USCIS office for passport stamping if the officer took her signature, 2 photographs and index fingerprint on white form (I-89) then she was supposed to get Card after 10-30 days. The online message for her does not say card was ordered or mailed. I suspect the Local office forget to send her white form to service center or service center misplaced it, file the form G-731. She can also visit local USCIS office where she got stamped they can check the status
** If her card is lost or not received she can file form I-90 with CSC
