I am planning file EB3 485 in August. according to the updated news, I should be able to still use the old fee. but how about my spouse's 485? does it use the new fee which is more than 1K? also not clear about EAD and AP. anybody have any clues? Many thanks

Your question is not clear.

Anyway, based on AILA news, USCIS will accept I-485 appln based on July VB until Aug 17th with OLD fee rate. This includes your spouse too.
