Not Changing I9 after getting GC

I got My GC, I can work with him for more than 6 months, but i worry if i inform i got my GC, he will hold all my money.. he is already holding my money with him... Can i work without filing the new I9.. will i be effected by this,.
Sure, but that doesn't solve your problem. I'd inform him, and then if he witholds money I'd wait 90 days and sue him into oblivion.

Nevertheless you are on H1 or GC, you could always contact US Dept of Labor at 1-866-4US WAGE (1-866-487-9243) to complain about your employer of withholding your salary..

Just pay a lawyer $50-$100 to send a letter to the employer and you will get your money ASAP. Wrongly holding money from employees is a very serious crime.
