did FP at san jose, 3 weeks before the notice date....that was during mid dec ...so far web site status has not changed, both for me and for my wife!!

Mine could be bcos RFE was issued at the same time as 2 nd FP notice, hence status stays as RFE was mailed! Wife did not get RFE, but status still old FP resumed!

I'm on same boat: my wife and I did 2FP in Oct/03; I received RFE almost at the same time and my status message currently says "RFE received." However, for my wife it never changed to reflect 2FP or RFE.

A number to call the FBI to check on the FP status was posted in another thread.
