Hello All,

I got a notice that my file was transfered to SJC for an interview. I know I will be asked to provide an EVL for my interview. What my question is for you all is that I filed my I-140 as a manager, but I am now with a new employer and not functioning in that capacity (just an engineer). However, I am making near my 1-140 filed salary. Is this going to cause me to be rejected?

Your assistance and advice is greatly appreciated.

Canarian,

Don't worry! You will be fine!
If LC job description and your present one are similar, then NO
problem. Job title/salary may not play a big role there.

But hey, you may even get your approval without being
interviewed. I heard about such transferred cases recently.

Good luck! :) :) :)

I am afraid that wont happen. if you read carefully the fist case his transfer letter doesnt say anything about interview.
MIne and lots of others says.
secondly cases are transfered to local offices in case you have have changed your state and you now fall under another service centre. So they transfer the case to your local office for them to deem fit you are approvable.
If your letter says you will be scheduled for interview .YOU WILL BE. Irrespective of the fact what that interview is .for 5 mins or five hours.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer nor do I claim to be one.
If you need a lawyers advice then Pay for one ;) :)
