You also need to have the third letter. Ask the Indian embassy if they received it already. Sometimes they send only one copy.raonj1 said:I got 2 NORI from the followings

Thanks for the reply. I tried hard for two weeks to talk to Consulate SF and yesterday I got lucky and my call went through. They said they will call me when they will have all three NORI and slammed the phone in my face.
If they have not received it yet, then you need to try to expedite it in India. I was in a similar situation and it took very long time to get the 3rd letter from PP office.raonj1 said:Thanks for the reply.
