Nonimmigration visa Number

Hi I am preparing my 485 application. I got my H1B extention till Dec 2003.
However the visa stamp in passport expired as of april. I want to send my
passport for revalidation after I file 485 (hopefully by next-week). Is it
Ok to file 485 without having revalidated visa?

yes you can file I-485 without the revalidate visa in your passport ,make sure that you enclose all you H1 copies along with the 485 application , NonImmigrant Visa number is written in RED on the Stamped Visa .
