Nonimmigrant visa B2 administrative processing

Hello I been to the USA in 2011 to visit my friends, I stayed there for a month. Then in 2012 a year later I reapplied for a nonimmigrant visa B2 again I went to the interview they took my passport and told me I was all set and approved. They didn't give me any kind of paper no (white,pink,blue etc...) now my case says administrative processing its been 1 full year and I haven't heard anything back!!! What should I do? Did anyone have the same problem please help me!!!!!
 
What passport do you hold and how common are your first/last names?

1 year and a half and it still says administrative processing? I need help, is there a number I could call?
 
They want to make sure you are not a threat to national security....once you re cleared, you should be fine.
basically they are many in your situation, I am assuming, it is first in , first out policies...
