Hi, I have a daughter who is a US citizen and is 7 years old. I presently reside in India. She was born when I visited there. Earlier I was in the US for 9 years, but came back in 1996. My daughter was born in 1998. I would like to move to the US for a few years. Am I and my husband eligible to get a work authorization based on her status. I am a medical lab technologist who studied in the US and presently working as a medical transcriptionist. we are not interested in a green card, but only would like work authorization so that we can work for a few years and return back. Please advise.
