NON-RIR, HOW TO KNOW EB2 or EB3

Hello,

For a non RIR case how do we know, if a case falls in EB2 or EB3?

At what stage is the job order done for non-rir case ? i.e, where does the employer says he needs a BS+5 years experience for the job ?

ETA 750 form asks to list for recent 3 years experience ... if we put in just the recent 3 years experience can in futue one can claim he has > 5 years experience ?

Do you have an MS or BS+5 years experience? How does your LC list the required degree and experience?

BS+ 3 years was the requirement. so this will be in eb3. right ?

At the time of filing I have BS+6 years exp, but 4.5 years before joining the company.

so this will still be in eb3. right ?
