NON RIR CALIFORNIA DOL Approvals

So another weird jump ... the voicemail system now says processing Feb 2001.
 
mystery of current processing dt-4/2001 or Nov 2001 or Oct 2000?

Hi friends!

I really dont understand, whats going on regarding current processing dates!My Non RIR pending ( CAlifornia)since April 30,2001. EDD ( sacramento)says currently processing 4/19/2001. How come others are getting clearances for Nov 2001, while still other stuck at Oct 2000? Please help & advice. How & when SESA gets involved & when EDD? The case number also seems to be different series.

mine is applied in Non rir 05/2002/...long race i suppose

just had a query,as i understand in rir,u have to show the recruitment efforts with teh application filled..

in nonrir,is it mandatory that sesa would ask u to place the ad and all or it depends upon them for case to case??

please confirm?
