That list is very comprehensive. I am getting Air France tickets and need a transit visa
Yes, all persons with AP need a transit visa. Check out the following:

Check the line under requirements:
A USA residency stamp (I-551), or a valid USA visa with IAP66 or I-20 were applicable or an Advanced Parole , which also must have a validity of at least three months beyond the day of transit through France.

I have a H-1 visa stamped on my passport but am using EAD now. Not sure whether my company has withdrawn my H-1. Will check with them.

it also says that If you are Indian then no Airport Transit Visa is required. Look at * symbol after India.

I saw the * , but it says you must have a valid visa stamed on your passport. I am on EAD (h-1 is withdrawn but still valid on passport) and have sent a mail to the French consulate to confirm the same.
