Non-Concurrent Filers

Hi,
I am a new member.
Did any Non- Concurrent filers get their I-140 approved.
What is the status of such applications.I haven't filed for my I-485.
Does it take longer for Non-Concurrent filers.

If anyone is aware of such cases do let me know.
I see the processing dates as Aug 06 '03 which is past my date.

Hi Rams76,

I am a non-concurrent filer with ND 07/14/2003 - opting for CP. Not yet received my I-140 approval. However, after registering with the USCIS website, I notice that my "last update' date as 04/15/2004.

I applied my 485 after 5 month from my I-140 filing date. So my case should be in the same queue of non-concurrent.

My case hasnt been updated since 07/03/03.

non-current may take more time??

Hi all,

I think non-concurrent cases sometimes take more time for approval.. although I wish that they take the same time ... I have also opted for CP and my ND is 10/31/03.. no news so far....I guess it is not yet time ..but still .. I have seen that when it is time (i.e. when they are processing applications around your date) even then these cases take more time... this could be untrue though.. as it is not fair to generalize .. please comment and prove me wrong!!
