I am currently on H-1B visa.
1. In my case I qualify for AC21 180 days after my ND or my spouse's ND?
2. My employer rightnow hasn't filed EAD or anything for me. Is it a good idea to have EAD filed?
3. Is it a bad idea to ask my employer to file for my EAD? If yes, then can I file my EAD myself?
4. If I don't have an EAD or anything 180 days after my AOS ND and I get laid off then can I still change employer by any means?
