Hi guys,
I am from Bombay/Mumbai, India. My birth certificate is missing, so i asked my father to go to the Muncipal office and get the Non availability certificate. He went and told them about it, they asked for the birth date and found that it was not there, so my father asked for the Non availability cert. They said that they have never heard about any such thing.
Now i am not able to understand what i should do. Any of you who are from Bombay, please reply.
