My case in short:
• Filed self prepared I-140 to TSC through e-file 04/15/07
• PhD in physics from intermediate US university (2005)
• 11 published papers in intermediate and highly ranked journals
• First author paper cited 60 times, others – 110 times, 170 total
• Employed in small R&D company for two years on H1B status, working in physics applications for medical research in obesity and diabetes
I am preparing response to NOID and have two questions:
1. I have six fresh reference letters, however I also want to bring some quotes from original submission ref. letters because I think they did not get enough attention. They will be new quotes, just taken from old letters. Can I do that?
2. My work is inventing biomedical research equipment. Each piece of such equipment requires a technician to operate it. We have installed only few prototypes so far, but each company had to hire a technician. Can I use this as additional bullet in justification LC wave? May be something like: ““…my expertise is essential for current research … my participation is required for successful completion … successful completion benefit U.S. by creation of jobs …” What do you think?
