NOID on my I485

I received Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) on my I-485. The basic reason for the NOID is where USCIS state that I worked without authorization for more than 180 days before filing the I-485, because I started working at Comapny XXX before they filed the H1B petition for me. USCIS says that the biographic information shows started working before company filed h1.

Please help me in this regard and the options I have. I completed 6 years

when did u apply for I485? and which center is processing ur application? when u recieved the NOID?

About 2 and half years back. Received NOID in last week of August
