My wife received a letter from INS newark requesting for 3rd fp at newark on september13. as i have already mentioned her file was transferred to newark on 08/08/00. so at least newark has opened her file. but i cannot figure out the purpose of the 3rd fp, as the hands are the same. anyway let us see what happens. anyone else in similar situation can respond.

Just when we think we can make the end meet, someone moves the ends and we start all over again.

In my case the letter stating that the spouses case has been transferred to the Philly office has been received but no news after that.

I will keep you posted on any changes
