laid off after I-485 pending 180 days, GC approved, find a new similar soon,

Do you mean your got I-485 approved and GC approved by visiting local BCIS office? You got the temporary GC stamp in your Passport? If you got actual GC (plastic card) or if you are laid off after you got GC stamp then you don’t have any problem, just keep the official letter from Employer/ Company regarding lay off.

I'm interested in the case, I think it is not very special during laid-off season in the past three years.
when I485 was approved, just exact at that day, no current job, no future job. but next day, find a new job.
How will INS decide whether the job is future job or not when file citizenship petition?
So, the time being laid-off is critical, before 180 days, I485 will be denied, after 180 days, but just before the I485 is approved, GC is invalid, because nobody can find a job within one day.
The AC21 and other INS laws are ridiculous sometime.

who told you the time being laid off is critical? it's incorrect. read the post on top....So, the time being laid-off is critical, before 180 days, I485 will be denied, after 180 days, but just before the I485 is approved, GC is invalid, because nobody can find a job within one day.
