NOA (I797C) and Priority Date

Hi Everyone,

Am really hoping someone will be able to advice me of the following.

So I am married to a US Citizen and legally residing in the US (Florida) on a B2 Non-immigrant visa which is still valid until July this year. I filed my papers (I-485, I-130 and I765) and received my Notice of Action (NOA) last week, acknowledging receipt but requesting me to wait for another letter for the fingerprint biometric. They did however acknowledge receipt of all the fees for the 3 forms filed including the $85 for the fingerprint biometric fee.

Should I schedule an appointment with USCIS (Inforpass Office) in my area for the fingerprint biometric as a walk in or just wait for the letter from USCIS as stated in the NOA?

Another question is my NOA states that my "Priority Date" is February 10,2016. I would like to know if thats a good thing or bad news? I have been doing my research and found something about a bulletin board but I cant understand the table.

I hope someone will be able to help me in explaining this to me.

1. You must wait to receive the Bio notice before you can attempt a walk-in.
2. The information regarding the priority date is good news. It means your case is already considered as being current.
