No update in case

My RD - Oct -19-2001
& ND - Dec-03-2001

There is no update in mycase. Where as current approval receipt date is Dec 03 and my friends who applied along with me got approvals one month back.

What shall I do with this to go forward.

Early in the morning.

Be polite (use sir/madam)and ask them if they can tell you what is happening on your case. Tell them its past 540 days.
