filed extension for my parents
I-94 Expire Date: 02/27/2008
I-539 receipt date: 02/08/2008
I have few questions... anybody with the same situation/experience please reply:
1. My parents are planning to leave 07/15/2008, what if we don't get a decision by that time(VSC - now processing August 15th 2007
), can they leave with the expired I-94?
2. Did anybody receive status of cases filed around this time from VSC?
