NO RFI letter, but got Bio letter for code 2?

NO RFI letter, but got BIO letter for code 2 ?????

My situation is very strange. Several months ago my online status LUD suddenly changed to March 2005. I never got any RFI letter, but suddenly got BIO letter (Code 2) in July, 2005. I went to local ASC on July 27 and did the digital index fingerprint, digital picture, and digital signature. My online LUD again changed to July 27, and then to July 28. But my online status message itself never changed (always saying "... It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case"). Till today I am still waiting for the final approval. I start to worry about it because it's approaching the end of the FY05.

Are there any people (ever) in the similar situation?

what is your timeline?? You should have received RFI. Call Nebraska
 
My case is actually in 2003 FY. But it seems that the CIS is randomly approving cases now and it really gave me some hope (maybe false hope, who knows?). I am just wondering whether there are some people in the similar situation.
