No response two weeks after submitting RFE.

NSC received the RFE on Apr 26, then LUD change for three days, no response so far, I am a little bit worried now.

I know a friend of mine who responded RFE 7 weeks back at VSC. Still no response yet. So, keep patience.

I-140 & I-485 both approved on 05/04/05.

Could you share your office code on your I-140 RFE, which is the line below the Siganature.

Mine is NSC/NQK EX380
 
It was NSC/SNG104/jrg121

RFE was experience letter from previous employer and ability to pay (W2 & pay statements).
 
Mine is also from NSC/SNG104 so I wonder if I'll also get lucky and get my 140 and 485 approved at the same time. That would be a dream come true!

My RFE was regarding ability to pay, we'll send the reply in a few days.

cfiler, what are going to reply for RFE? Evidence you going to produce for ability to pay?

yuren, if you also got the RFE for ability to pay then what did you respond with?

I got the RFE too. I haven't received the details about RFE yet.

I responded with last three year's W-2 and the company's tax return.

Company size : 26 people.

The RFE letter said that if our company has more than 100 employees (it does by far) that a statement from a financial officer would be good enough. So my lawyer is working with a the financial officer to draft a letter saying that the company can pay for my salary (and could since my PD) We'll also include some other financial statements that my company produces just for good measure. I don't know the exact details since the lawyer is making sure he gets what he needs and there is not a whole lot that I can do right now.

Some people have been asked to produce W2s in their RFEs but mine didn't say anything about my W2s, just to send a letter saying that they can afford to pay me.

Can u provide some details about ur 140 RFE and ur reply to that.
 
Experience letter from previous employer showing that I had the experience stated in the LC.

Ability to pay wage at date application was filed, submitted pay statements and W2.

I think u r next in the approval..i got approval yesterday

mine is NSC/NQL EX380.. they have recd my response to RFE on feb'28 and nothing happened after that
RD for 140/485 - 10-21-2003
PD is 10-01-2001
LUD on 140 01-21-2005
LUD on 485 03-03-2005

RFE is original emp letter sating prooffered salary with terms & conditions and w2 and tax returns

seems officer NSC/NQL EX380 is started approving cases..hope u all get the approvals soon.
 
mine is NSC/NQK EX380.. and i did not initiate any inquiry..but called my lawyer and told my 140 date is passed..so requested him to initiate for inquiry..he said ..he will wait till may 17th as apr 17th is date when they updated the dates..
