My applications 765, 140 (EB-3), 131, 485 have been pending since Oct ' 30th Vermont office. It was a concurrent filing. Looking at the processing times for EAD, AP and 140, it seems that there should have been some action taken. But there is no response so far. I went to INS office to get an interim EAD and they said the application is on Hold. My lawyer send them a letter to inquire and it said that it is pending.
Could there be two different status' ? Anybody help ?
Also by looking at processing times for I-140 which is at Dec 30th now, do you think it should be approving soon or what is the ideal time to wait over and above processing times declared ?
