No reply from KCC

Hi all,

Two weeks ago I have e-mailed to KCC to check whether they recieved all the forms but I didn't get reply till now. Is that normal? I read from some treads that it talks few days for them to reply. Hope every thing is OK...
 
Call them! I rang them a week or two after I sent the docs and they were able to tell me right away whether they got it or not.

Yeah... Call them. It is faster. I tried both at one time. Email takes few days to get response. Make sure KCC time zone is EST. Good luck
 
i have send them an email last week and they anser me two days after
it's better to called if they didn't answer you
