No Records- What does this mean

I got a response from FBI in request for my FOIA, it says no record found.
What does this mean, did USCIS requested FBI name check or not. Please post your comments or experiences.

Sent FOIA request to FBI on June 4th, received the response on 24 june.
 
At the same time, in relation to how long it will take for FBI to process CIS name check request, it means nothing. That you are clear does not mean FBI will give an immediate clearance to CIS.
 
I was told by a lady at FBI that the no records does not mean there will not be a problem with security clearance. The security check process for FOIPA and CIS is very different. However, no records is a good sign
