Yep, you\'re right. It seems either they\'re not doing data entry and resources are busy for 245i or their system is broken. I haven\'t seen anyone who submitted I-485 after April 9th get their recepit.

My lawyer sent I485 by Fedex at April 10 and I am sure CSC got it at April 11 the same day as your friend\'s.But so far no receipt.Hopefully CSC will issue receipt to us soon.

My I-485 application was fedexed around April 19-20. INS would have received it in the mail by April 23. No sign of any receipts yet. I submitted applications for I-485, EAD, Advance Parole.
