No receipt notice

Hello,

It has been almost 6 weeks (Feb 13 th) since I applied my EAD extension, but i have not received the receipt notice yet, but i got the SRC # by calling them.

Did any one get the receipt notice for the EAD extension filing which was applied in mid February? I just want to konw if i'm the one did not get the notice or TSC did not send to many people.

I would highly appreciate if you could post your filing status.

I am in the same boat. I applied for my EAD extension on FEB 6th and they received on FEB 7th. My checks were encashed and I know my SRC number noted on the back on my encashed checks,. Still I have not received my receipts. I called my attorney and she told me not to bother. What did the IMO say when you called them?
Please let me know.

Thank you for the posting

The IIO I spoke with said that they did not send the receipt notice yet because they are having some problems. But i don't think that is true becuase some people are getting.

Probably we don't need to bother about the receipt notice if it the approval comes before the current one's expiration date. If not we need the notice to get the I-EAD.
