No Receipt after 4 weeks

My lawyer gave me fedex Tracking no.
And now I can track when USCIS will get my documents
According to that Estimated delivery date is OCT 16.
Try asking for Tracking no.

do you think there is a difference sending mails by FEDEX or USPS?
Mails are sent to different locations.
what the chances that mails are transfered to TX center? (obviously, they are processing faster)
If checks is cleared after 4wks, how does your RD appear??

i sent it by fedex....and i sent it to the physical address not eh post box (mentioned the post box as per the instructions)....i did not wanted to take a chance with usps...i had six applications in the package...
dont worry about the processing center it may be just random....
