with 3 storms and a long weekend, slowed things down.

i guess long weekend is clear... but 3 storms, didnt they affect only a few offices. Now thats where the rivalry comes in ... if s few offices in Florida/Ga/AL/Mississippi/Louisiana were closed then why shouldnt the rest of the USCIS get off....

well that is the resaon there was a slowdown in the last mth and they did not bother with dates as there would have been no improvement.

     TSC Processing Time Report

I think different

Well, I think that the delay of processing report shows the dilema TSC is facing, it is near the end of the fiscal year, but it is still way behind its backlog reduction goal. It is hard for them to decide which to take, admit that the goal is not met and a slap on its face or show its goal is met but receive a flood of queries?

The No’s are important more than who come first in queue.
Huge no of transfers to Local offices + denial notices are just example to reduce crowded GC pipeline and clean up.

They are processing concurrent that have done FP and either no need RFE or only EVL. to reduce the GC pipeline.

:D

No progress report from TSC most likely because there is no progress to report. Lately, TSC seems to be issuing some long overdue FP notices to 2002 filers -- which is good so long as these FPs are followed up with 485 approvals -- but I haven't seen many actual 485 approvals in the last few weeks.

The processing dates for district offices were posted on 9/7/2004. It's the Service Centers that have not posted their processing dates and there are no service centers in FL or AL.
